Refunds and Exchange

Overview

At Well Read Women, we want you to love every book and subscription you receive. This policy explains when and how refunds, returns, or cancellations apply to both one-time book purchases and subscription orders.

1. One-Time Book Purchases

Returns

  • You may return any unopened and unused book(s) within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

  • To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition and packaging.

  • You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval.

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect book, please contact us at hello@wellreadwomen.co.uk  within 7 days of delivery.

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs where applicable.

2. Book Subscriptions

Cancellations

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time.

  • To avoid being charged for the next box, you must cancel before your renewal billing date.

Refunds

  • Subscription boxes are non-refundable once payment has been processed, as each box is curated and prepared in advance.

  • If you cancel after payment but before dispatch, we may offer a refund at our discretion.

Damaged or Missing Items

  • If an item in your subscription box arrives damaged or missing, please contact us at hello@wellreadwomen.co.uk within 7 days.

  • We will replace the item or provide a partial refund where appropriate.

3. Digital Products
